Kathy has been working as a Holistic Therapist and Healthcare advisor since 2004 and truly loves assisting and advising people on their road to health and healing.
Kathy hugely enjoyed her time running Health at Hand Healthfood store and Therapy centre in Arklow for over 11 years until 2022 when the decision was made, for a variety of reasons, to close the shop and transition to a solely
Holistic Therapy business.
Kathy is passionate about providing individual and effective treatments for her clients, drawing from her wide range of skills,
to do just what is needed each
time they attend.
Always with the aim that each client feels lighter, freer and calmer when they leave their session in Health at Hand.
Kathy is a member of the Irish Massage Therapy Association and the Irish Reflexology Institute and operates by their strict code of practice and professionalism.
This also entitles customers with health insurance to claim back a portion of their treatment costs.
